Programme changes
Programme changes may take place annually. Some of them are rather limited (e.g. a change of title of a course) and have no further impact on your study path. Others are more drastic (e.g. changes in the number of credits, merging of two courses, creation of a new course...) and can have an impact on the further course of your study programme or year programme.
If a programme change has an impact on your track, you will be informed of it by e-mail at the start of the new academic year.

Spreading scenarios
Following a shortened programme or spreading your programme? Take a look at the spreading scenarios for the bridging programme, the shortened bachelor's and preparatory programme (Law) and the bachelor's (Criminological Sciences). The proposals are for both day students, and working students.
First year students
First year students can apply for an exception to the standard path in certain situations. Find out who is eligible for a reduced course load and check the spreading scenario for your programme.

Specific information

Walk-in moments
Drop by without an appointment at the free walk-in moment for individual feedback on your study path proposal. You can use this template.
- When? Every Monday, Wednesday and Thursday between 11.30 AM and 1 PM (from 7 February to 29 February).
- Where? Etterbeek Campus, building C, 4th floor, room C4.09.
Faculty welcome
Are you a new student? Come to the faculty reception (digital) on Monday 12 February from 6 PM - 7 PM. Register here.
The study path counselors can be reached via the same e-mail address. Behind the scenes, your question will be assigned to the right person. Please mention your student number and study programme for a smooth processing.
