Centre for General Wellbeing (CAW)
Across Flanders and Brussels, there are several centres for general wellbeing, named CAW. All support you can get there is free. You can go there to talk in confidence to a psychologist, social worker and/or legal advisor. Although they also offer support in English, they only have a Dutch website.
Moodspace
MoodSpace is a platform for students. It's a place with reliable information, tips and self-help to cope with emotional problems and study resiliently and powerfully – with room for student stories, pep talks and signposts to a listening ear. MoodSpace is the best check to put your mental health first.
Therapists for young people (TEJO)
At TEJO, young people up to 20 years old can get free short-term therapy (max. 10 sessions). A professional therapist listens to your story and discusses with you in what way you can be best supported. Although they also offer support in English, they only have a Dutch website.
Centre for Mental Health Care (CGG)
CGG offers specialized health care to people with severe psychological problems. You have to be referred to a CGG by a GP, the JAC/CAW or a student psychologist or on your own initiative. Although they also offer support in English, they only have a Dutch website.

Confidential counsellors student organisations
Student organisations who baptise and those with at least 15 board members, have one or more confidential counsellors. This person is a peer and is the first point of contact for problems with the organisation, such as inappropriate behavior, conflicts, etc. You can contact them for a discreet conversation. Contact your organisation to find out who the confidential counsellor is.
