The World Needs You: a call for urban engaged people
At the VUB, we believe that every individual can contribute to a better world for everyone. To motivate our community to give something back to society and to thank those who already do, we created The World Needs You. The platform presents projects and activities around six P's: People, Peace, Prosperity, Planet, Partnership and Poincaré. Five of the six Ps are inspired by the Sustainable Development Goals with which the UN aims to eliminate poverty by 2030 and make our planet a sustainable place. The sixth P is in honour of Henri Poincaré, the French philosopher from whom our university takes its motto. What is your commitment?
