Guidance start academic year
The start of the academic year is a busy period for the study path counselors. But also during this period, you can count on our help.
New students are closely monitored from the moment of their application in order to complete their registration and course registration as soon as possible. Once your registration is complete, you will receive a brochure with the most important info for you to start the programme smoothly. Enrolment for the first semester is possible until 30 September 2023 for students with a Belgian degree..

Workshops
The study path counselors organise workshops on various topics. You can find them in the calendar on WeAreVUB.

Individual appointment
Are you a student in one of the situations below and in need of an individual appointment?
- Working students starting the abridged Educational Master's (60 SP) and asking for guidance in composing their individual study path.
- Students starting the bridging programme and/or the integrated Educational Master (90/120 SP) and requesting guidance in composing their individual study path
- Students who include an Educational Master's minor within the Master Lichamelijke Opvoeding en Bewegingswetenschappen and request guidance in composing their individual study path or starting their internships.
- Students with binding conditions who request guidance in composing their individual study path must first follow a group session on binding conditions. If there is still a need for an individual conversation afterwards, this can be requested.
- Students in a special or difficult situation
- Students considering a reorientation
- Students who wish to resume their studies after several years of discontinuation
