A wealth of knowledge and tips
As a scientific institution, we have a wealth of knowledge on well-being and health topics. We make this available to anyone who needs it or wants to learn more. We do this in the form of useful tips on topics such as healthy nutrition, sleeping well, ergonomics, a healthy workplace, addictions, sport and exercise, mental relaxation, a healthy living environment, dealing with loss or trauma, dealing with stress or burn-out, time management, and work-life balance.
