Nuclear safety and radiation protection for man and the environment
In 2018, the Association Vinçotte Nuclear (AVN) established a fund at VUB: the AVN Fund. AVN wishes to contribute in a fully independent manner to the protection of humans and the environment against industrial and radio-nuclear risks.
The AVN Fund finances a 4-year doctoral scholarship in the research field of nuclear safety and radiation protection. The fund finances one doctoral scholarship every four years.
