Catering for hot meals
Enjoy lunch or dinner with your group at the VUB restaurant (only on weekdays, not on weekends). Once you have placed your order, you will receive vouchers in the VUB house style.

Price for a voucher is exclusive of VAT. A fee of 6% VAT is added for external applicants.
Does the number of vouchers used differ more than 10% from the number requested? Then we will halve the difference between the number of vouchers ordered and the number received, and charge you that amount in addition to the cost of the number of vouchers actually received. We do this because we prepare meals according to the number of expected guests.
Practical information
- Orders: please let us know the number of guests at least two days before the event
- Where to pick up? Pick up your hot meal at the self-service counters in the free-flowing student restaurant.
- Where to eat? Tables will be reserved for your group in the restaurant or in the Stoa hall.
- Opening hours lunch: Monday to Friday, from 11:30 a.m. to 1:45 p.m.
