Give back to the world with MixCharity
You are a student at VUB, so you are a true world citizen. Of course, you have a critical voice, which you want to make heard. Together you are louder than alone, so making yourself heard is best done in a group of your peers. And for you itโs not just about words, but about actions.
Does this definition sound like it could be describing you? Then MixCharity needs you!
!
MixCharity?
MixCharity was created from MixOmnia, a student association for young people seeking cultural activities who want to make a difference to the world.
Through MixCharity, you actively support various charities who can really use it. You make up food parcels, collect money for different organisations and even have the chance to work on international projects!
By joining, youโll become part of a family of committed young people. In this open circle youโll help to come up with actions and initiatives where connection and diversity are always central.
Unity in diversity and solidarity!
MixCharity needs you! Do you believe differences can bring us together? Do you want to work with other committed VUBers on practical goals and social events? Do you want to help reflect on how to make Brussels (and the world) a more tolerant place? Then get in touch now!
MixCharity needs you!
MixCharity needs VUBers, because VUBers are world thinkers! Do you want to contribute to society by helping people who really need it? Convert your sense of responsibility into a commitment to the community? Then MixCharity is looking for you!
VUB student and projectleader Inas Djelloul summarizes it all in the following video
*As an Urban Engaged University, we call upon our VUB community to help build a better world through social engagement. On the "The World Needs You" platform, the VUB collects socially meaningful projects on which students, staff, alumni and sympathisers can collaborate. These projects do not represent the university. The initiatives and communication are the responsibility of the project organisers and do not represent the university's position.
